A joint effort on the water in Central Florida delivered results according to law enforcement. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office stated it was “proud to work alongside our federal and state partners” after a recent operation on the water in Central Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit recently partnered with state and federal partners for a joint shrimp boat operation focused on commercial vessel inspections, including resource violations, Turtle Excluder Device (TED) compliance, and licensing requirements.
