POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Dinner service at Nagoya Sushi & Hibachi took an unexpected turn Saturday night when a California man’s behavior forced staff to call in the law, deputies say.
Polk County Sheriff’s deputies descended on the Champions Drive establishment in Davenport around 7:52 p.m. following reports of a customer who simply wouldn’t take the hint to leave.
According to restaurant employees, the man had been making a scene all evening. Witnesses described a cycle of the man repeatedly falling asleep at his table, only to wake up and become belligerent toward both the staff trying to serve him and the families trying to eat nearby…
