Man charged after injuring toddler during assault: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Pennsylvania man was charged after injuring a 13-month-old toddler in an alleged assault.

The incident occurred around 8:19 p.m. on May 25 in West Cocalico Township, according to Ephrata police.

Police say Alexander Azukas, 25, “aggressively pulled on” the toddler’s legs, causing redness and swelling. The toddler was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said…
