Electric scooter rider killed after crash involving street sweeper in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man riding an electric scooter was killed after a street sweeper crashed into him over the weekend in Lancaster County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The 38-year-old man, of New Providence, and the driver of the street sweeper were both heading north on Willow Street Pike in Pequea Township just before 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, according to the crash report.
