Lancaster County man sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for raping woman

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County man was sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for raping a woman.

Elliot Matthew Nguyen, 25, of East Earl Township, was sentenced to four to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty on May 27 to charges of rape by forcible compulsion, sexual assault, and two counts each of indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
