LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — More than 75 cats and kittens were seized Tuesday from a Lancaster Township home where the Pennsylvanian SPCA said officers endured some of the most severe conditions they’ve ever encountered.
According to the Pennsylvania SPCA, township police responded to a home in the 300 block of Spencer Avenue earlier this week for an unrelated call. But while there, officers noticed feces and urine throughout the home, with debris and trash stacked from floor to ceiling.
