LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Soccer fans are invited to watch the United States take on Paraguay in World Cup action this Friday as part of a watch party and festival.
Lancaster City is hosting the festival from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday at Ewell Plaza and Binns Park in the 100 block of North Queen Street.
