Motorists traveling on Route 324 in Lancaster County should plan for traffic delays Monday when inspectors examine a bridge spanning the Conestoga River.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct the inspection on the New Danville Pike bridge between Lancaster and Pequea townships. Work is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 15, weather permitting.
Drivers can expect the right lane and shoulder to be closed during daylight hours. Traffic will be restricted in one direction at a time, starting with the southbound lane before shifting to the northbound side. Crews will use a crane positioned on the roadway to evaluate the bridge…
