Lancaster County man facing up to 10 years for deadly DUI crash during thunderstorm

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An Earl Township man was sentenced to between four and ten years in prison after pleading guilty to killing another man in a stormy head-on collision while intoxicated.

Luis Cruz, 31, collided with a 72-year-old man in the 2000 block of Horseshow Road in East Lampeter Township while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, the district attorney said.
