Man dies after crashing into tree in Berks County, coroner says

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A 56-year-old man died after crashing into a tree Saturday morning in Berks County, according to the coroner.

County coroner Matthew Stitzel said on Sunday, the Pottstown man crashed a little after 6 a.m. after he went off Old Swede Road in Amity Township. His identity was not released.
