MONROE — An out-of-state man wanted for murder was arrested on Saturday near a local shopping plaza.
Amaury Rosado-Laboy, 43, of Reading, Pa., was taken into custody near Walmart after the license plate of the car he allegedly stole was picked up on license plate recognition cameras, according to the Woodbury Police Department.
Rosado-Laboy is accused of killing his older brother, Alex Rosado-Laboy, on July 10, and shooting an unnamed man who survived. After the shooting, which occurred in Pennsylvania, police allege Rosado-Laboy stole a car and fled to New York…
