The smoky, juicy flavor of a brisket hand-picked from the meat and cheese department is what drew William Pates to Sam’s Club in Dauphin County the morning of Sept. 15, 2024.
But the anticipation of tasty barbecue was cut short when a Sam’s Club employee struck him with a shopping cart, knocking him to the floor, Pates said in a federal lawsuit.
Pates required back surgery after the incident, he said, and now he’s suing Sam’s Club asking for damages…
