YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — The owner of a Lancaster County cafe will spend three years on probation and pay back the $95,000 stolen from Kinsley Construction to pay her business’s bills.
According to court records, 45-year-old Kathryn Khuc, of Red Lion, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a felony theft charge. Other felony charges of receiving stolen property and knowledge that property is proceeds of illegal acts were dismissed.
