LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A jury recently found a truck driver guilty of homicide by vehicle after he caused a crash that claimed the lives of a father and his two children on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, according to county officials.
Santos M. Valentin, 31, was distracted by his phone when the triple-fatal crash happened July 20, 2024, in Penn Township, Lancaster County, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office wrote Thursday in a press release.
