(PBZ Lititz, Pennsylvania), owner of PBZ Manufacturing and Keystone Koating, successfully acquired the commercial property located at 25 Keystone Drive in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This strategic purchase of the 177,000-square-foot building represents the company’s commitment to growth and operational capacity.
PBZ operates a family of businesses dedicated to providing top-tier services, from custom metal manufacturing and finishing to retail and wholesale hardware. The newly acquired facility will serve as a dedicated hub for PBZ’s Manufacturing Services operations. The property, originally occupied by Gehl Co. in the 1990’s, was selected for its expansive footprint and strategic location, providing the necessary infrastructure to support the increased contract manufacturing demand and the company’s long-term objectives.
