Inspections underway for Route 222 bridges in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A pair of bridges crossing the Conestoga River in Lancaster County are under inspection this week, resulting in lane restrictions on Route 222.

The northbound bridge, located south of Lancaster city and north of the Willow Street Pike, is already undergoing inspection that began on Monday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Work will continue during the same timeframe on Tuesday.
