YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Hanover man was arrested in Clearfield County after police say he attempted to meet up with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl.
According to Curwensville Police Department, Michael Beard had messaged a decoy who was pretending to be a 15-year-old for about one year.
In these messages, Beard allegedly told the decoy he wanted to have sex with her, requested nude photos and shared “his obsession with sexually assaulting her.”…
