TILDEN TWP., Pa. — A Nazareth man is accused of assaulting two EMTs while being transported by ambulance through Berks County early Saturday morning, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
James Zuppert, 58, was being transported by Hamburg EMS from Upper Bern Township to Geisinger St. Luke’s Hospital in Schuylkill County for chest pain and shortness of breath when he allegedly became uncooperative and combative, authorities said.
