LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Following the CDC’s investigation of two “measles-related” deaths in Pennsylvania, the Lancaster County Coroner says a 6-week-old Amish girl died from measles under different circumstances than the last publicly reported on case.
In this case, coroner Stephen Diamantoni said the child died from measles, not with. He clarified that measles was the cause of death in this case, however it was not considered the cause of death in the case where an infant boy died with measles.
