STRASBURG, Pa. — A 25-year-old Coatesville man is being held in Lancaster County Prison on four felony sex offense charges filed by Strasburg Borough police after an Aug. 30 incident on South Fulton Street.
Christopher Thomas Althouse faces two counts of statutory sexual assault, a first-degree felony, and two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a complainant younger than 16, a second-degree felony, according to his docket in the office of Magisterial District Judge William E. Benner Jr.
