LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A 3-year-old boy died Tuesday after a “farming accident involving a forklift,” according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
Jay Fisher, of Gordonville, was pronounced dead in Lancaster General Hospital around 12:15 p.m., the coroner’s office said.
