ANNVILLE, PA — Rico Dewayne Hicks, 42, of Lebanon, was charged with retail theft and driving while suspended, DUI related, after an incident at a convenience store, police said.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police responded at about 1:06 a.m. on September 6 to Rutter’s at 798 West Main Street for a report of an active retail theft.
