Lancaster police investigating shooting

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Lancaster police said a person was shot Wednesday night in the city, but refused to cooperate with officers.

Police responded around 8:20 p.m. to a shots-fired call on the 100 block of North Water Street. Once there, they were notified a victim with non-life-threatening injuries was at a local hospital, police said.
