LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman is facing an abuse of a dependent person charge after an incident in March at an assisted care facility in East Hempfield Township, according to court documents.
Charging documents claim that, on March 19, 30-year-old Kiara Elvir began cursing at a woman who was confused and asking for her parents. She then reportedly shoved her aside.
