LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two parents in Lancaster County have been charged after police said their 4-month-old child was found with a split lip and bruises all over their body.
James Oster, 43, and Jessica Oster, 26, face felony counts of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children and related charges, according to their affidavits of probable cause.
