EPHRATA, Pa. — A Lancaster County child was injured after falling from a fourth-floor window Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
According to the Ephrata Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Washington Avenue Tuesday at 1:18 p.m. for the report of an injured child.
