GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Grand Blanc Township Police Department honored two officers for their response during last September’s deadly shooting and fire at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, an attack that killed four people.
The department awarded Officer Jason Carpentier and Conservation Officer Luke Robare with the Ron Helus Spartan Valor Award.
