Vevay Township declines Public Act 425 agreement talks for proposed Mason data center

Vevay Township, Mich. (News 10) – The Vevay Township Board unanimously voted Wednesday not to pursue a Public Act 425 agreement with the City of Mason for property tied to a proposed data center development.

The vote does not approve the project. Instead, it means Mason would likely need to pursue annexation if the project moves forward.
