LANSING, Mich. (WBUP/WJMN) — After identifying over 170 cases of cyclosporiasis in downstate Michigan, the state’s Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is investigating the incidents as an outbreak.
As of Tuesday, June 30, more than 170 cases have been reported Monroe, Lenawee, Washtenaw, Wayne, Livingston, Shiawassee, and Jackson counties in the past nine days.
