It didn’t take long for Lansing’s newest coffee shop to finish brewing, because Scooter’s Coffee is officially open!
Scooter’s Coffee Officially Opens in Lansing
The news about the addition of Scooter’s first hit Lansing in early June. Now, here we are in mid-July, and Scooter’s is slinging caffeine in all kinds of forms. Scooter’s Coffee opened on July 16 at the former Biggby Coffee location at 3335 E Michigan Ave in Lansing, near the Secretary of State.
In addition to coffee and other caffeinated drinks, Scooter’s has an extensive menu that includes, sparkling sodas and floats, shakes, lemonades, smoothies, and more. Right now one of their specialty drinks is a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies latte. When it comes to their food, Scooter’s has a very interesting lineup that ranges from mini chocolate chip cookies to bacon cheddar sliders to mini blueberry muffins…
