Lansing’s food scene has experienced tremendous growth recently. In 2025, we saw 50 different places open. And over the last seven months alone, we’ve seen over 25 different eateries open.
Now, Lansing can add another business to that ever-growing list: Bubble Joy.
Bubble Joy Is Now Open in Lansing
Bubble Joy is a bubble tea and ice cream shop that’s located at 2310 E Michigan Avenue in the Fairview area of Lansing’s Eastside Neighborhood. They officially opened their doors and started scooping ice cream on July 17.
Right now, Bubble Joy has a selection of 12 Guernsey Farms Dairy ice cream flavors, with a selection of toppings coming soon.
Bubble tea isn’t available just yet, but it’s coming soon. One of the owners, Jeff, also talked about adding cookies and possibly brownies to the menu…
