OVID, Mich. (WLNS) — Ovid Police Chief Lisa Rousseau says she’s planning a recall effort against Clinton County Prosecutor Tony Spagnuolo, citing statements he made about her regarding a former officer’s departure from the police force.
Rousseau says Spagnuolo falsely stated in an affadavit he did not contact her about the case of former Ovid police officer Jaclyn Allen — when he actually did.
