Michigan cyclist deaths up 21% despite dip in total crash fatalities

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — New Michigan State Police crash data shows fewer people died on Michigan roads in 2025, but bicyclist deaths increased.

Bicyclist fatalities went up 21%, rising from 29 deaths in 2024 to 35 in 2025.
