Leelanau County authorities are searching for a 25-year-old boater who went missing Monday on Grand Traverse Bay, they said.
Dispatchers at about 8:40 a.m. on Monday received a report of an unattended dinghy spinning in the water just off Stoney Point in Suttons Bay Township, officials said. Stoney Point is about 273 miles north of Detroit.
