LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – Community members gathered at University of Michigan Health Sparrow to donate hair to make wigs for children diagnosed with cancer during the 12th annual Hair-a-Thon.
The hospital requires donations of at least 8 inches of hair, which are given to Maggie’s Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan and Children With Hair Loss.
