LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – The westbound I-96 ramp to southbound U.S. 127 in Ingham County was closed after a semi-truck overturned but has since reopened.
The ramp was closed from 11 p.m. Monday to around 6 a.m. Tuesday, and drivers were asked to avoid the area.
