LANSING, MI — A Muskegon County man may be the luckiest man in Michigan as he recently won his second major lottery jackpot since February 2025, beating astronomical odds in the process.
The 47-year-old man, who chose to remain anonymous, won the $1 million top prize in the most recent Millionaire Raffle drawing, which was held on March 26.
