BATH TWP., Mich. (WILX) – Nine ducklings were rescued Thursday morning after falling into a storm drain in Bath Township.
The Bath Township Fire Department responded after receiving a report of ducklings trapped inside the drainage system.
Upon arrival, crews said they could hear chirping coming from within the storm drains. Firefighters worked to locate and safely retrieve all nine ducklings.
The department said the ducklings were reunited with their mother, who was nearby and observed the rescue. All nine were unharmed…
