LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse celebrates the grand opening of ‘Meril’ at M Resort Spa Casino. This restaurant concept marks Lagasse’s third in Las Vegas. Las Vegas Now’s Jillian Lopez spoke with him at the grand opening celebration.
