‘Oh, they’ll blow up’: North Las Vegas veteran group rushes e-bikes from heat

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Peter and Kelly Guidry took a stand for veterans, the many grappling with suicide, but first they needed to find a safe place for their Las Vegas nonprofit’s 100+ e-bikes — otherwise they may explode.

Forgotten Not Gone, an award-winning Las Vegas veteran nonprofit, was forced to move from its 4,000-square-foot North Las Vegas location last year after the end of a $1.6 million grant. For the past year, the nonprofit has struggled to find a place to move, until a news viewer decided to help.
