MINISO is adding another Las Vegas location to its future roster, with a new store planned for Charleston Commons at 93 N. Nellis Blvd. Its pending arrival was announced in a Facebook post by ROI Commercial Real Estate, teasing the international lifestyle retailer as one of the area’s latest signed tenants.
Carina Roper was listed as representing the landlord in the deal, and Areeba Moten of Colliers represented MINISO. While it is noted to be “coming soon,” a specific opening date or timeframe is unknown.
This location in the Charleston Common shopping center, in the Sunrise neighborhood, joins multiple other MINISO stores in the pipeline for the Las Vegas Valley.
