LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Nevada man has pleaded guilty to shooting and killing his father earlier this year in their Las Vegas home.
Police arrested 22-year-old Bishop Deshotel on June 9 after being called about a shooting at an apartment in the 2600 block of Bruce Street near Maryland Parkway and Sahara Avenue.

Deshotel shot his father during an argument. The father, who was in his 40s, was taken to a hospital but did not survive.
This week, Deshotel pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter with use of a deadly weapon. According to a plea deal obtained by 8 News Now, he will be sentenced to no more than 10 years in prison…
