LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Florida man is suing Wynn Las Vegas, alleging he was exposed to Legionnaires’ disease during a January stay at the resort and later required hospitalization.
Ruben Feliciano filed the negligence lawsuit Aug. 25 in Clark County District Court against Wynn Las Vegas.
