SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Las Vegas, Nevada, man was convicted on August 31, 2026, of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance in the Sioux Falls area.
Jeffrey Skannal, 67, was sentenced to 5 years in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
