LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A new master-planned community of 1,500 homes in North Las Vegas opened sales in September, adding to the Villages at Tule Springs north of the 215 Las Vegas Beltway.
KB Home opened the first phase of the Sandstone, its largest new-home community in the past 10 years, according to Jim McDade, president of KB Home’s Las Vegas division. Homes are priced from the $300,000s, according to a news release.
“KB Home’s new Sandstone master plan represents a significant investment in North Las Vegas and our future,” North Las Vegas City Councilman Scott Black said. “These new homes will help provide more attainable homeownership opportunities for years to come, while creating jobs, supporting local businesses and generating economic activity throughout our city.”
