LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Henderson police officer is one of five men facing federal charges in connection with an alleged conspiracy to steal and resell government-issued military equipment.
Henderson Police Officer Conrad Lillegard was recently indicted by a federal grand jury in Tennessee. The six-page indictment was filed September 8 and accuses Lillegard and four other defendants, Alexander, Rubey, Marcus Hollmann, Scott Martin, and Alex Pelc of conspiring to steal and sell military-issued night-vision goggles.
According to court documents, the equipment was manufactured for the U.S. Department of Defense and was not readily available for civilian purchase…
