LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Some neighbors living in the northwest valley are hoping the City of Las Vegas provides more information on a proposed affordable housing project.
According to a Request for Proposal, the city is inviting “qualified firms” to submit written proposals for developers to make an affordable, single-family housing project on approximately 30 acres of land on a dirt lot on the northeast corner of West Tropical Parkway and North Durango Drive.
