Lit Wings Express is spreading its wings throughout the Valley. According to a recently filed City of Las Vegas permit, Lit Wings will start operating out of the Lucky 3 Food Co ghost kitchen facility at 333 W. St. Louis Ave., effectively serving multiple areas throughout the Valley.
“A lot of customers have been asking us to expand or get closer to their side of town, especially for delivery,” Lit Wings Express Co-owner Kevin Vong said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“The ghost kitchen opportunity made sense for us because it allows us to reach more people throughout Las Vegas while still keeping the quality and consistency we care about.”…
