Officers arrived to find the victim lying along the busy corridor, with collision specialists returning early Friday to start the painstaking work of reconstructing the crash and tracking down the vehicle involved. DeKalb County police were called after someone spotted a person down in or near the roadway, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to FOX 5 Atlanta.
