DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Five people were arrested early Sunday after police responded to an illegal street takeover in DeKalb County that ended with a vehicle striking a patrol car, according to authorities.
Officers with the DeKalb County Police Department were called around 1:30 a.m. May 3 to the 2600 block of Bouldercrest Road following reports of a large gathering involving reckless driving and street takeover activity.
